Great,
Personalized Service; Insighful Training
“I can’t even begin to tell you the level
of service that Fox Valley K-9 Training Center provided
to us. Vicky was always available for questions, whether
we were at our scheduled class or at home working with
our dog. In fact, she even went as far as to call us
periodically to see how we were doing and if we had
any questions. We NEVER felt as though we were a statistic.
She treated us as though we were going to be the last
person that ever walked through her door.
Just as an example of the style of training that Fox
Valley K-9 Training Center provides: Fumbles was having
a problem coming when called. Vicki though maybe he
was bored with the comnand. Sure enough! She gave us
some ideas of games to try with him and he picked up
on the command within 3 days. That to me, is wonderful
customer service!”

Amazing Results
“Fox Valley K-9 Training Center trained our dog,
Scottie. Scottie was our first house dog. Vicki guaranteed
us that we would be very happy with a house dog. She
said she could train the dog to be well behaved. I was
quite hesitant at first. I was very surprised with the
results. Scottie became a member of our family and is
very well behaved.
Vicki was always available to answer all my questions
and concerns. I was shocked to see how a person could
train an animal to do what we want it to do. I wish
there was someone out there as good as Vicki to assist
in training children!
I would recommend Vicki to train any dog. She has the
patience and knowledge to do a fantastic job. As you
get to know Vicki, you will see what she has a true
love of dogs. She believes a properly trained dog is
a benefit to society. “

Working in Our Best Interest
“I am 35 years old and have never owned a dog
before. I was looking for a dog, but had no idea what
I wanted, only that different dogs required different
things. I contacted Vicki at Fox Valley K-9 Training
Center because various family and friends stated that
she is the lady to contact because she is as knowledgeable
about dogs as the sun is bright.
Not only did Vicki take the time to do a lifestyle assessment
on me and my family, which proved to be very important,
but she also met with us numerous times (the lines of
communication are always open with her) and then gave
us a completed “book” created SPECIFICALLY
for us as to the breeds of dogs that would be compatible
with our lifestyle. In addition, she stressed the importance
of shelter dogs and their importance to society. Vicki
provided a level of service to us that is best described
as second to none. She always went one step above and
beyond what we thought should be expected of her without
us even mentioning it.
At this time, we have yet to get a dog because Vicki
recommended that getting a dog around the holidays was
not the best idea for us or the dog being that the holidays
tend to be a time with a more-than-normal hectic lifestyle.
She suggested waiting until things settle down in the
beginning to the year before getting a puppy, which
we thought, “Wow, she must be the real thing”.
Most business owners in her line of work would say to
get the puppy now because they want the money for the
training and Christmas. Vicki felt as though, and even
stated to us that yes, the money is good, but the happiness
of my family and a new puppy was more important than
any paycheck she would receive.
I will assure you that when we do get a puppy, Vicki
will be the one doing the training regardless if the
prices are $100 or $1000. She provides the level of
service to back her prices.”
